I'm using scarab-1.0-b20. You'll have to look to see if the id handling
improvement was released in that version. If I didn't have the id for
second and later activity sets, or any attachments, they would not be
imported. The history would show that something happened, but no content
was added to the issue. Also, oddly, the final report only listed the
last issue imported; I think there was a collision on the generated
'five0' ids.

This is shouldn't be true anymore.
If you are leave out the id tag altogether the import silently generates
ids where necessary.
Atleast this is how it's now supposed to be. Can you send me more
information if this isn't the case.
