Dear All,

I register a new account in the Scarab self tracker at http://www.solitone.org/scarab/issues

The server told me it had sent a email that include a confirmation ID that I shall enter to the system to confirm my registration.

I have never got it.

I ask the system to reset my password.

It showed the words below but I am still unable to receive a password to enter the system to submit a issue

An Email has been sent to your mailbox "[email protected]" containing a temporary password to be used for your next login. Upon next login you will be requested to change the temporary password again for security reasons.

does the self tracker still accept new registrations ?

Fred

I think there is already a rather old issue existing on this topic (even with a attached patch).<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

At first sight, I think it would be quite easy, just some changes in the presentation template, or as you put it, an alternate template for that screen.

Would you fill an issue in the selftracker?
I bet the preferred view could easily be a user-level preference.
