XmlRpc calls are not implemented in a particular way in Scarab.
Any XmlRpc capable library will work, just make sure:
- you take a good look at the XmlRpcComponent section in
componentConfiguration.xml
- you allow the calling IP in that configuration (paranoid mode will force
you, see below a link)
- you understand how to make an XmlRpc call from your calling system
(SimpleClient will make it as a test)

because that's the component on which Scarab depends to serve XmlRpc
remoting.
