I use MySQL with utf-8 encoding, also communication with MySQL is in utf-8 (useUnicode=true&characterEncoding=utf8). I use default US resource bundle. There is no problem with UI in browsers, there is problem with text in emails only. I have changed with regards to email configuration these parameters: scarab.email.encoding = UTF-8 (I have also tried ISO-8859-2) locale.default.charset = UTF-8 (I have also tried ISO-8859-2) I would appreciate any help.
