Johannes; though I agree that accessing the Query screen needs to be easier
the problem (and the greatest!) of Scarab is that is highly adaptable to
your needs.
That said, the screen you attached shows different sets of information that
might or not be coupled.
Are all the issue types (upper side) present in all the modules (down side)?
What issuetype belong the attributes in the middle to?

The fastest way (slightly hidden) is using the upper combo. Then choose the
issuetypes/modules (that's messy, I know).
Maybe a quick access to the query screen, with current module preselected
would be fine?
Still got the problem with issuetypes in the same module having different
sets of attributes, but that's working till now (just showing the common
set).

What do you think?
