Are there any problems if you setup a scarab-version without constraints?

Hello all,

I would like to know: Are there any known problems with scarab, if the 
default database engine is set on MyISAM?
The MyISAM engine ignore all foreign key constraints if you create new 
tables by sql-scripts.
Are there any problems if you setup a scarab-version without constraints?
