Template: attribute not found

Find a bug about the template in the condition that a module has the type that other modules do not have. 
When try new a template, it can be edit correctly. 
But if you go to another module and use other types and then go back to this module and try to create a new template. 
It will tell you that the attribute of the type you use in the previous module does not exist. 
This is because the template still consider you are in the previous type rather than the type of this module. 
The work around solution is to click "enter a new issue" of the type you want to create template. 
Then, the template engine will feel you are now in this type and then you are able to create the template now.
