database display incomplete (import database from other location)

Hi Sir,

I tried to import scarab database from our japan office and succeed,

 But while startup each project from web page, I found a lot of issues not on the website, while I use mysql query browser to check the activity issue, I found all are existing, I am not sure what's the problem and which part cause the problem.

mysql<-->jdbc<--->tomcat<--->scarab.

For example, i can import one project the first 200 issues, but actual project include 1000 issues.

If this related with mysql  scarab database admin account, that should be not displaying any issue, but I can display first 200.
If this issue related with jdbc, then why remaining 800 can not display.
If this related with buffer or pool setting, how can I modify or re-compile and build the database.
