I have updated the policies file for the wiki now. If you want to modify something, you will need to register. the registration process is very lax at the moment, no true authentification is needed, just create your account and go on. We might want to add a true user registration process in place, where edit permissions will only be granted to users with valid email adresses. I also enabled RSS feeds now.
