Scarab website doesn't come up after invoking from the Browser

Thank you for your quick response. Following are the answers to your questions,

Are you using the included tomcat or an external instance?
I'm using tomcat 6.0 (not an included tomcat )


Do you have any error to share (what does the screen display when "the site doesn't show up"?)?
The page that comes up is 404 not found page


Any log error you want to share in the console where you started tomcat, or in the logs directory?
There are no error (not that I can see) as such.

But my guess would be that  I have to fix the scarab context value. But "where to do it" is the question. 
Once again thanks for showing interest and I'll expect some tips from you and others
