setting-up scarab 0.21 for oracle 10g

After some modifications I was able to fill the tables with default values.
 
Login screen shows up but after hitting the "confirm" button I get an Exception:

 
org.tigris.scarab.util.ScarabRuntimeException:
org.tigris.scarab.tools.localization.L10NMessage@c71c00
 at org.tigris.scarab.util.word.SearchFactory.getInstance(SearchFactory.java:76)
 at
org.tigris.scarab.util.word.LuceneSearchIndex$UpdateThread.run(LuceneSearchIndex
.java:777)
 at java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java:595)
 
I have tested it with the browser (Firefox) set to German (default) and to
English. Same result.
 
I would have looked into the source for myself but I was not able yet to set up
the source for using in Eclipse.
Any help would be appreciated !
