Impossible to register user + unknow databse

Hi scarab users,

I'm quite new in this area and I try to make scarab working on my windows
platform. 
I followed the various resource documentation for installing scarab (JDK,
Ant, MySQL, Tomcat) and apparently scarab installation terminated with a
succesfull operation.

But when I try to register a user (not using the windows authentication), I
got: org.apache.turbine.TurbineException:
org.apache.fulcrum.security.util.DataBackendException: Failed to retrieve
user 'anonymous' and the Tomcat server window is periodically displaying an
error about unknown database scarab.

As I said, all this is pretty new for me. It someone has a hint to make it
work, I would appreciate.
