scarab general questions

Hi,

I am seriously considering to use scarab in the company I work in as an issue tracker and as a system for sharing information about projects.

I have the below questions :

I realized that when creating a new issue, issue name should be unique  across all issues in the scarab system. This also applies to attributes as well. What about if I want to create two issue types with the same name, but each belongs to a different module. Is it possible?? Of course Enhancement in module, CRM is different from Enhancement in model billing for example. This question also applies to attributes as well.I want to delete all predefined issue types and modules. I saw from the system, there is only a soft delete. Is there a database alternative to deleting them ??How do i specify that an attribute is optional when creating a new attribute belonging to an issue type.
