Notifications

Hi,

When logging to scarab, there is a notifications link, that is supposed to show all custom notification. In the notifications screen there is a link [Customize View], that takes to a screen that is supposed to control on which events in the module you want to receive notifications.
 
I checked the [Issue Added checkbook]  so that I receive notifications when new issues are created. But unfortunately I did not receive any notification when new issues are created :(

Is this a bug or did miss a configuration.
