RE: Migration from b19 - 0.21

The usual policy has always been offering a one-version migration. 
Incremental upgrade simply calling some times to migrate instead of just one time.
Just keep in mind one word: BACKUP ;)

Hi Tung Vu,

I would recommend behaving like the documentation is telling you. I 
can't find any update script for a direct upgrade, although it should be 
possible in some way I think, but don't ask me about me that.
