oops, i forgot to answer :P

two reasons behind user-attributes:
- First: Act as "normal" attributes to hold info of the relationship
of given users with the users.
- Second: Notification system for those users (yes, the watchmark
feature as far as I can tell)

So for me the problem is just a UI matter (not that it's not to solve!)
Indeed, "my issues" is an preconfigured query, isn't it?
