Permanently delete global attributes

Hi every one!! We installed a scarab, and we were trying it adding some attribs, issues, attrib groups, etc... Then, once the boss said it is ok we will use Scarab, we started to delete attribs, and every thing, but when we deleted the attribs, they remained there, the administrator could still see them striked, but we wanted them to desapear completely, so we deleted them from the mysql database, and we deleted some other fileds in some other tables, those fields we supposed we should delete. And now, it works ok, until we try to set a condition in an attribute :-S It says: org.apache.turbine.TurbineException: org.apache.fulcrum.ServiceException: Error rendering Velocity template: layouts/Default.vm I can see the JAVA exception directly in the scarab browser. What sould I do in order to repair this? Do I need to add something in the DB? Do not tell me to reinstall scarab or mysql and to start over the database feeding, cause we have already fed it with about 250 attribs so far... Help!!!! Please!!!
