Re: "AssignedTo (disabled)" on assigning to User

Dear,

Please check "Global Attribute -> User Attribute -> AssignedTo -> Base
permission". 
The base permission should be "Edit" in default. 
Means that role without "Edit" permission is invalid to be assigned.
Reconfigure your Role's permissions or User's role to assign that user
again.
