Scrum doesn't mandate any kind of workflow, so I'll assume you're just
asking for different issue types to be defined (stories, tasks), and yes,
you *can* define them in Scarab, and use some fields (state for
"todo-doing-done", etc for remaining hours/storypoints, whatever...)

You might also use some list fields for release and sprint, or use "modules"
for every release/sprint but, IMHO, this will not scale in a real scrum
environment. you better get a pair of good boards and a pile of postits,
really... the key of scrum artifacts is constant visualization, constantly
updated info...

Even though Scarab's inner model might support what you want, the user
experience will not be agile enough, IMHO again, at least not without
customization.

P.D.: Take look at the last release of teamforge, it might be what you're
looking for ;)
