Scarab 1.0.22 Release Candidate 1 Tomcat bundle is available

In the "Release Candidate" folder in the "Document & files" section, 
there is now a Tomcat bundle available for Scarab 1.0.22-RC1 
distribution r11130, which includes:

     ready built Scarab
     Tomcat 4.1.36
     Hypersonic default database

To startup Scarab from this bundle: Run Tomcat's startup script and you 
should be able to access the ready prepared Scarab instance via 
http://localhost:8080/scarab.
