Hi Jairo,

if you just want to try Scarab, without the need of building it, you can download the tomcat-embedded build from
http://scarab.tigris.org/files/documents/11/49212/file_49212.dat/scarab-1.0.22-RC1%28rev11130%29-tomcat-4.1.36.zip
This will run out of the box on hypersonic database
