For anyone who is interested, transport-guarantee is now properly
handled in sf. Get a copy of the trunk if you're interested in testing
it out. Unit tests included (of course!).

The port used for SSL redirection is 443 by default, but you can change
it by setting the "ssl-redirect-port" filter init parameter. If you set
it to a negative number, you will disable ssl-upgrade redirection
(you'll get a FORBIDDEN response instead).

Fortunately, the existing securityfilter DTD included the required
entries for <transport-guarantee>, so there's no new DTD required.
