Hello,

        Is there a flag or a switch that can be set to to make URL Pattern 
matching be case insensitive for the Windows Platform?

secureFile.jsp

^ Protected with a SecurityConstraint

http://localhost/secureFile.jsp <-- triggers permission check
http://localhost/secureFILE.JSP <-- same file, doesn't trigger security 
check (due to windows case insensitive filenames)..
