These Realm implementations are intended to be used as demonstration
realms; they shouldn't be used for production.

TrivialSecurityRealm has hard-coded username, password, and roles
refined, and is a securityfilter-specific class.

TrivialCatalinaRealm is the same as TrivialSecurityRealm except that it
implements Tomcat's Realm interface instead of securityfilter's internal
Realm interface.
