Bypass SecurityFilter on local host

I would like to know if it is possible to bypass SecurityFilter filter if a
user logs in locally (from a browser running on the machine where the Web
server is running). I am preferably looking for a way that would not require
to modify SecurityFilter sources, although I am open to changes if it is the
only possible way to go.
