FileChannel is not a SelectableChannel

I don't see the point of 'adisk' because for all I know (very few) in that area, there is no
possible asynchronous I/O for disk access (in JDK at least).

I dropped that 'emulation' lib of stages long ago.
I would like to see a couple example where it prooved to be useful.
