Hi,
I have changed SignalMgr so that sinks are now registered with the chain of superclasses for each signal, Thus, triggering a superclass of a given signal will also reach those sinks registered for the subclass.

Also, we should add a method SignalMgrIF.trigger(SignalIF s) to provide a mean for users (EventHandler implementations) to communicate. But I think that users must not be able to trigger internal signal. To achieve that, we could:

- create a UserSignalIF that extends SignalIF
- add method SignalMgrIF.trigger(UserSignalIF s)
- create a SignalMgrWrapperIF in package api.internal

SignalMgrWrapperIF will be for internal use only. Internal signals will be triggered by SignalMgrWrapperIF.trigger(SignalIF). The user will only use SignalMgrIF.

Comments?
