Thus, we will create a resolver that replace properties defined in the 
configuration file.  By exemple, it would now be possible to write:

   ${config.home}/haboob-hdapi.cfg

'config.home' will be a standard property as well.  Perfect.



But, would it be interesting to support user-defined properties, so a 
user could reuse a property in its configuration file?  By exemple:

   <property name="queue.threshold" value="500">

   [...]

   threshold ${queue.threshold}
