Stage Ressource Granularity

Actually, the ThreadPool is the minimum ressource granularity for a stage; each stage have a ThreadPool associate to it. I think that this can be too coarse-grained. By exemple, if two stages need no more than one thread, there is no value in allocating a separate thread pool to each stage. The handler developer will need to combine these two stages into a single stage to improve performance. This is a burden for the users of Sandstorm. Instead, I think that Sandstorm can "combine" stages dynamically!
