One of the main feature of Sandstorm is to manage ressource dynamically 
with the help of the ThreadManager.  So, I think that handlers should 
not be able to create thread of change the thread priority to not 
interfer with Sandstorm.  Thus, I suggest to create a custom 
SecurityManager that will prevent this.

Any objection?
