You don't. Sandstorm creates one for each of your stage.

Internals of sandstorm are not meant for the commom user. These custom Threadmanager and wrappers
are very specific and required a deep understanding of the sandstorm mecanics, undocumented for
now. Trust the standard managers and wrappers; concentrate on tuning the config threadpool and
queue.
