installing, running and analyzing seda/haboob

Hello there, I downloaded the bundles for both Seda
and Haboob and I've tried to search for README files
which might tell me how to proceed.
There are readme files but they say nothing on
installation, etc. 
My OS is Windows 2000 , and when I use winzip to
unpack the packages, it gives the following error:
"Invalid Compressed Data - Unable to inflate"
and then displays the files inside. 
Of course that is not a problem, if I knew which batch
file I should run!
A quick response would be highly appreciated for we
are using this architecture in an open source project.
If there is a file which gives specifications about
the architecture as well as the design patterns used
in building the SEDA framework, that would be great. 
Maybe it might be faster to email me offline,
