A minor update with the following features:

     * Added support for SQL (language=sql) that correctly ignores  
comments .
     * Updated to latest version (0.14.0.1) of IKVM for .Net.
     * Added a default stylesheet element (for simian.xsl) to the XML  
report (Einar Hoest).
     * Added option ignoreBlocks to ignore blocks with the specified  
start and end markers (Mark Webb). Currently only really works with C+ 
+ using #pragma. Will update in the near future to add more useful  
support. :)
