SISC 1.9.1-beta Released

SISC 1.9.1-beta is released and available from the newly styled website.  
I'd appreciate feedback on the new site, as well as bug reports from the 
beta release of course.  The beta fixes the following bugs:

  * Fixed primitive calls had no error handling.
  * Some I/O generics weren't being redefined at toplevel
  * Java proxies can now define hashCode, equals, and toString
  
Additionally, the old-s2j and old-generic-procedures modules, deprecated 
in past releases, have now been completely removed.
