Initial Comment:
I've just installed v1.9.7 and found that one of my
programmes failed because the interpreter complained
about the number of arguments to 'vector-fill!' It
appears that instead of the usual two arguments it
expects three. It works fine with a third argument and
the nature of the third argument doesn't appear to matter.
