I haven't personally tried it yet.  I was waiting for R6RS to announce 
its macro expander design so that we can hopefully drop in whatever 
changes need to be made.  The expander has to be hooked in at a couple 
of key places, namely eval and compile, so it might be possible to add 
it as an SRFI and have an init procedure hook it in.  I don't know what 
effects it might have on running code though.
