Summary: Documentation for make-hastable gives wrong default.

Initial Comment:
SISC (1.16.6)
#;> (import hashtable)
#;> (hashtable/weak? (make-hashtable))
#f

However the documentation at http://sisc-scheme.org/manual/html/ch09.html#hashtablecreation wrongly claims the default for the WEAK? optional parameter is #t.
