Initial Comment:
Using SISC 1.16.6.

Expected behavior:

   (* 8.5 8 0.65 3) => 132.6

SISC 1.16.6 behavior:

   (* 8.5 8 0.65 3) => 132.60000000000002

If instead I try:

   (exact->inexact (* 85/10 8 65/100 3))

   the result is correct.
