Category: None Group: None Status: Open Priority: 5 Private: No Submitted By: Scoob E. Do (ckimyt) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: Real world examples in SSS Initial Comment: It would be wonderful if someone could update SISC for Seasoned Schemers, in particular Chapter 7 (Types and Objects), to use more concrete examples of typical OO classes. For instance, examples based on simple ADTs like Queue or Stack, which everyone should understand and probably implement in another language, would greatly ease the transition to using SISC's object system. The table in Chapter 8, giving examples side-by-side in Java and SISC is especially helpful. Perhaps a treatment like this would work for Chapter 7.
