SISC 1.13.3-rc Released

SISC 1.13.3-rc is released and is available from the website.  

Yesterday's release turned out to be a bit of a dud.  |compile| wasn't
calling the syntax-expander properly, so compiled modules weren't
including the statements to modify the syntax environment.  
Consequently, most of the SRFIs would not work.  This has been fixed,
as well as some minor but positive documentation enhancements from 
Norman Gray, and some additional eval simplification from Matthias.

Keep up the good testing on this release, and with luck we will
go final near the end of the week.
