hashtable-copy a-la SRFI-69

Hi all, a while ago I enquired about SRFI-69 support
on this list. The gist of the responses was that
Java-based hashtables are better (and will be kept)
due to serialization semantics.

I have mantained a srfi-69 <-> SISC adaptor ever
since. Today I tried to implement the equivalent of
hash-table-copy (because I need it), and it turns out
that it's impossible, because one can't tell the eq?
predicate that a Java-based hashtable uses. Please add
a hashtable-copy method to the implementation, as it
can't be faked otherwise.

Best,
Dan
