Re: embarrassing noob help request

Thank you!  That was the clue I needed.  There was actually a 

C:\Documents and Settings\foobar\...

pathname in my SISC_HOME, which I elided in my report to save space, but Scott's clue allowed me to figure it out. No embedded space in filenames, dummeh :)

fix is

C:\Docume~1\foobar\...
