Yes, the sisc-heap.jar is being included.

I'm trying to deploy just the examples, and I have the following files in
place:
sisc-heap.jar
sisc-lib.jar
sisc-opt.jar
sisc.jar
siscweb-sql.jar
siscweb-sxml.jar
siscweb.jar

I even tried merging from the rel-4 branch, but that didn't help.

I'm still getting:
