Ah, I see the problem.  Your iterparams method takes an ACPolicy as its 
first argument.  You're calling in your Scheme code with ac and the Java 
int 3.  But you need three arguments there, first to specify the object 
in which the method exists (probably another ac), the ACPolicy value for 
the first method param, and the jint.
