SISCweb: html templates

Hi!

I would like to have page template that would be an ordinary html file 
with Scheme code embedded into it. It would be much more convenient to 
generate complex pages then by constructing it completely in code. Isn't 
it? :)

Is there something like that? I have only found a post in plt-scheme 
list with the same question, but with only mzscheme-specific answers:
