Unable to start REPL in SISCweb

Hey there,

I have some problem starting the SISCWeb REPL. Perhaps there is
someone who can help me solving the problem.

My setup consist of a jetty servlet container, the extracted example
war file of SISCWeb and eclipse with the SchemeScript plugin.

Siscweb resides in jettys webapps folder and the repl has been
activated by setting the appropriate entry in the web.xml.

However whenever I try to connect the REPL I get a "connection
refused" error. It seems as if Jetty or SISCWeb are ignoring the
environment variable.

Any help or suggestions what went wrong?
