Variable and Procedure Lists in Sisc

Hi,

I was wondering, is there a way to obtain a list of variables and 
procedures presently defined. The reason for this, is because I'm 
creating a plug in for Eclipse, and well, with the debug aspect, a list 
of variables and procedures would be more useful, then brute force 
finding them.
