The current documentation has a weakness in that it doesn't really
cater to the learning process; instead it's more of a reference for
people already familiar with PLT or SUnet.

Eventually, resources permitting, this will have to change, but in the
meanwhile I would welcome any criticism or feedback on what hurdles a
newcomer to SISCweb may encounter.
