The polyglot version of "Hello World" is very good to become familiar
with the continuation style programming of web applications.

Another important part (IMO) is the binding concept. However the
examples dealing with it are quite big and hard to understand.

The attached file contains a simple counter version without a need for
parameters. Perhaps that might be enlightening for others when reduced
to the right part. :)
