Recommended Scheme Reference for SISC Users?

Hi,

What is (or are) the recommended Scheme reference(s) for SISC users?

At the moment, I'm most interested in macros and templated 
transformations, but I'd also like a broad, general treatment.

(I notice that in section 3.3.4 of "SISC for Seasoned Schemers" the 
reader is referred to the Chez Scheme User's Guide and a URL is 
supplied, but that URL no longer works. I note, too, that SSS directs 
the reader to section 9.2, but in the version of CSUG currently on the 
Web, version 7, it is section 10.4 that describes syntax-case.)
